Large and small businesses are now coming to terms with a post-pandemic office working environment.
According to Microsoft, two-thirds of businesses are investigating physical changes to enable hybrid work, in which people work part-time in the office and part-time at home.
Google is also devoting about 10% of its work space to hybrid design initiatives such as modular pods, privacy walls, and paneled areas where videoconferencing employees' faces are visibly shown alongside in-person meeting attendees.
